WALEMTECHINSTRUMENTS

Laboratory instruments engineered for results you can stand behind.

Walemtech designs and manufactures rechargeable electrophoresis systems, digital hematocrit readers and AI-enabled microscope cameras for hospitals, laboratories and research institutions.

The Walemtech range: HCT-D1 hematocrit reader, EPS-650R power supply, ET-200 tank and Ocular eyepiece cameras

Specified by

Hospitals / Clinical laboratories / Universities / Research institutes / Blood services / Public health programs

Three product lines, one standard of engineering.

Every Walemtech instrument is designed, assembled and tested by our own engineers, and supported by the same team after installation.

Electrophoresis instruments by Walemtech

01

Electrophoresis

Rechargeable power supplies and precision-molded tanks for hemoglobin, protein and nucleic acid separation.

Battery-powered supplies keep a run going through mains interruptions and make field screening possible. Tanks are machined from optical-grade acrylic with platinum electrodes, and every component is matched to work as one system.

Hematology instruments by Walemtech

02

Hematology

Digital packed-cell-volume measurement that removes reading-card guesswork.

The HCT-D1 reads a centrifuged microhematocrit capillary optically and reports the hematocrit to a tenth of a percent, with results stored, timestamped and ready to export.

EPS-650R + ET-200

A complete hemoglobin electrophoresis workstation that runs on its own battery.

Power cuts are the most common reason a genotype run is repeated. The EPS-650R carries a 12 Ah lithium-ion pack and charges while it works, so a separation started in the morning finishes on schedule whatever the grid does.

Built for the laboratories that depend on them most.

We design for the conditions instruments actually meet: unstable power, heavy daily use and staff who need a result they can trust the first time.

About Walemtech
01
Precision engineering
Instruments are specified in measured quantities, not dial positions. Supplies regulate to the volt, tanks hold every strip at the same span, the hematocrit reader resolves a tenth of a percent.
02
Reliable diagnostics
Results have to be the same on Monday morning and Friday night. We design out the variables that make manual methods drift: power interruptions, uneven fields, reading by eye.
03
AI that supports the expert
Walemtech Vision models run on the instrument, show their reasoning on the image and leave the decision with the microscopist or laboratory scientist.
04
Accessible laboratory technology
Battery operation, low running costs and instruments that fit existing microscopes and centrifuges put dependable testing within reach of district hospitals, universities and outreach programs.

OCULAR AI · WALEMTECH VISION

A second pair of eyes on every blood film.

Ocular AI replaces a standard eyepiece and analyzes the live image on the camera itself. It locates red cells, flags those likely to carry malaria parasites and estimates parasitemia, so the microscopist reviews a handful of flagged cells instead of searching every field.

  1. 01

    Insert

Drops into any 23.2 mm eyepiece tube. Sleeves for 30 and 30.5 mm included.

  2. 02

    Scan

Models run on-device, without an internet connection or a dedicated PC.

  3. 03

    Review

Accept or reject each flagged cell before the result is saved.

Where Walemtech instruments work.

From central reference laboratories to community screening sites, the same instruments and the same results.

Hospitals
Hemoglobin genotype screening, anemia testing and malaria microscopy in one laboratory.
Clinical and reference laboratories
Consistent, documented results with exportable records for audit and accreditation.
Universities and teaching hospitals
Gel electrophoresis benches and digital microscopy for teaching and research.
Research institutions
Field-capable electrophoresis and imaging for studies outside the central laboratory.
Public health programs
Battery-powered screening for sickle cell, anemia and malaria at community level.
