Service & repair
Report a fault or book preventive maintenance. Have the model and serial number to hand; both are on the label under the instrument. Our engineers diagnose remotely first and arrange repair or replacement where needed.

Systems can be delivered with on-site installation and operator training, including run-through of quality control and routine maintenance. Training certificates are issued to participating staff.

Walemtech instruments carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries, electrodes and accessories are covered for their stated service life. Terms for your country are included with your quotation.

Can the EPS-650R run while it is charging?
Yes. The supply operates normally with the charger connected, and the battery takes over without interruption if mains power fails.
Which microscopes does Ocular fit?
Any microscope with 23.2 mm eyepiece tubes, which covers most laboratory and teaching microscopes. Sleeves for 30 and 30.5 mm tubes are included with Ocular AI and available for Ocular HD.
Does Ocular AI need an internet connection?
No. Analysis runs on the camera. A connection is only used to download model updates and, if you choose, to back up results.
What capillaries does the HCT-D1 accept?
Standard 75 mm microhematocrit capillaries, plain or heparinized, sealed at one end and centrifuged according to your laboratory's procedure.
How often should instruments be calibrated?
We recommend an annual calibration check. The HCT-D1 includes a calibration check capillary for routine verification between services.
Do you supply consumables?
Electrode wire, combs, casting trays, leads and adapter sleeves are available as spare parts. Contact us or your distributor for a parts list.
