Submarine agarose electrophoresis with UV-transparent casting trays and leak-free gates.
The ET-120 is a compact submarine gel system for agarose electrophoresis of DNA and RNA. Gels are cast directly in UV-transparent trays, run under a shallow buffer layer and imaged without being handled.
