HCT-D1
Digital Hematocrit Reader
Place the spun capillary, press Read. Packed cell volume to a tenth of a percent in under two seconds.
The HCT-D1 replaces the reading card and the judgement it relies on. It locates the seal, red cell column, buffy coat and plasma meniscus in a centrifuged microhematocrit capillary optically, and reports the hematocrit with an estimated hemoglobin value. Every result is timestamped, stored against a sample ID and ready to print or export.
